The owners of this Pleasant Grove home loved their home and their location but wanted more space and more amenities in their cramped space. We worked with them to do a major addition including a new master suite above the garage and more space in the basement for a game room and an office. Above the garage, we created a master bedroom sanctuary complete with a walk-in shower, walk in closet with sitting benches, double sinks, jetted garden tub, reading nook, marble fireplace and more. Additionally, upstairs we turned the old master in to an additional bedroom, created an additional laundry room, and modified the existing bathroom. On the main we created a mud room where the garages enter the home with plenty of storage.
