CK Builders was founded by Chad Kirkham and his wife, Robynn, in 2004 with a straightforward idea: build homes the way you’d want your own home built. More than 20 years later, that’s still the standard we hold ourselves to.

Chad started in the trades young, learning the craft from the ground up. He built CK Builders around the same values he learned on job sites: show up on time, do the work right, and stand behind it when you’re done. Those aren’t marketing words — they’re the way this company has operated for two decades.

We’re based in Pleasant Grove, Utah. Our team lives here, sends their kids to school here, and takes pride in the homes we’ve built and improved across the Wasatch Front. When you hire CK Builders, you’re hiring neighbors; people who have a stake in this community and a reputation to uphold in it.
