This Pinebrook remodel in Park City began after a severe pipe freeze caused extensive water damage while the homeowners were out of town. Working closely with the homeowner and insurance provider, CK Builders documented all damages and ensured proper coverage before completing a full interior rebuild. The home was fully gutted and reconstructed, with all selections, budgeting, and progress updates coordinated remotely through Zoom and email with out-of-state owners.

The remodel transformed nearly every area of the home, including five bedrooms, five bathrooms, the kitchen, family room, living room, dining room, office, and laundry area. CK Builders also added a hot tub and integrated modern monitoring and warning systems to help protect the home from future incidents.
