After purchasing a home in one of Holladay’s most desirable neighborhoods, these homeowners originally planned to remodel the existing structure. Working closely with CK Builders and engineer Matt Roblez, they determined that starting fresh would provide greater value and allow them to create their dream home from the ground up.
