This Pleasant Grove basement finish was designed to maximize both livability and income potential. Working alongside Heather McKell of McKell Designs, CK Builders transformed an unfinished basement into a functional space that serves the homeowners while creating a separate two-bedroom accessory dwelling unit (ADU) for rental income.

Starting from unfinished stud walls, CK Builders designed the layout to provide private owner amenities, including a theater room, office, laundry area, and a three-quarter bath. The newly created rental unit features a full kitchen, living room, full bathroom, laundry, and two bedrooms, offering comfortable accommodations for tenants.
