Located near Park City in Summit County, this custom barndominium was designed as a high-end multifunctional outbuilding combining luxury living, recreation, and heavy-duty RV storage. Built from a 170’ x 80’ prefabricated metal structure already on-site, CK Builders managed the project from permitting through final completion to bring the full vision to life.

One-third of the building was enclosed and finished as a modern living and entertainment space, while the remaining two-thirds were designed for heated RV storage and garage use. The finished living area includes a two-story golf simulator, bar and lounge space, full kitchen, dining area, three office spaces, two bathrooms, laundry area, and an upper-level lounge overlooking the simulator.

Outdoor improvements include a large covered east-facing patio and a fully paved asphalt parking area connecting to the main residence driveway. The garage portion features four oversized overhead doors, sealed concrete floors, and integrated drainage for high-performance use.
