PEPPERWOOD COMMUNITY

Located in the exclusive Pepperwood community in Sandy, Utah, this whole-home remodel transformed a recently purchased house into a custom retreat tailored to the homeowners’ lifestyle. Working closely with the designer, CK Builders preserved the overall footprint while reimagining the flow, functionality, and indoor-outdoor living experience.

A four-panel pocket slider was added to the basement to create seamless access to the outdoors, while an updated stair design opened the front entryway and enhanced the home’s sense of space. The renovation included a complete kitchen remodel, a basement kitchenette, formal and informal dining areas, and a custom guest suite. The main floor fireplace was removed and replaced with a striking see-through fireplace in the basement.

The primary suite was custom-designed with a luxurious wet room, and each bedroom was thoughtfully tailored to the personality and needs of its occupant. To further enhance outdoor living, CK Builders expanded the deck and replaced all exterior doors along with select windows throughout the home.
