spanish fork | bathroom remodel
This Spanish Fork bathroom remodel focused on improving comfort, functionality, and safety in an older addition originally built in the 1960s. The homeowner’s back bathroom had no heat supply, making the space cold and difficult to use throughout the year.
CK Builders upgraded the space by adding a dedicated heat run and completely reworking the layout for better usability. The unused bathtub was removed and replaced with a spacious full-size low-threshold shower. During construction, the team also addressed underlying structural and plumbing issues, including updates to cast iron plumbing, repair of floor joists, and replacement of floor sheeting.
The bathroom was finished with new drywall, paint, LVP flooring, modern fixtures, updated lighting, and a solid surface shower surround with a new glass shower door—transforming the space into a warm, functional, and comfortable bathroom.
