The outdated corner tub was removed, subfloor damage from a failed shower pan was repaired, and plumbing was rerouted for improved performance. CK Builders also reframed the closet entry to create a more open and accessible walkthrough layout.

New finishes included updated flooring, a custom shower, and tailored cabinetry. Built-in laundry hampers and pop-up countertop outlets were added to improve convenience and everyday usability.
