The owners of this newly constructed home fell in love the with the neighborhood and bought a pre-existing home and lot with the intention of remodeling the home.

After several conversations with CK Builders and our Engineer, Matt Roblez, it was determined that the changes they wanted to make with the house would be more cost effective and achieve a better build, if they started over. After new plans were drawn, CK Builders demolished the existing house leaving a clean slate to start over on.
